Are all the Wal-Marts included? - No, but almost. Some have addresses that we haven't been able to find, and there are a few that don't have addresses at all. 

Is Overnight Parking Allowed At All The Stores Listed In The Book? - No! This situation changes much too quickly to try and keep up with it in a book that is updated annually. In addition, every night it is up to the individual store manager. If there were problems with overnight parkers the night before, the manager may not want any tonight. Do I have to buy a new book every year? - No, but you can if you want to. The Overnight Free Parking Guide has free online updates. Just click on the Free Updates link, then click on the state you will be traveling in. You will need Adobe Acrobat to view the updates. Most computers have Acrobat. If yours doesn't you can get it free if you Click Here. The updates show only what's new and changed and will only be available for 1 year (The update for people with information for the 2005-2006 book will only be available until the 2006-2007 book becomes available.)

Is it safe to buy online using a credit card? - Yes, and its probably safer than ordering by credit card over the phone, even though we do enjoy talking to you when you call. When you order online we don't get your credit card number or expiration date, so there can't be a loss of your credit information at this end. All credit card transactions are safely handled by Authorize.net. 

Is it safe to buy over the phone using a credit card? - Yes. When you order over the phone your information is written on a phone order form. After your call has ended, the order info is input into the computer. Your credit card is billed through Authorize.net and then the information for your order is saved on our system. Your credit card number and expiration date are NOT SAVED on our system. Then the phone order form is immediately shred.

What happens to the rest of my information? -  Nothing, well almost nothing. Your information will never be sold or given by us to any third party. We will send you an email each year when the new Overnight Free Parking Guide comes out, and when the free updates are available.  We may send you an email as we begin to introduce other RV related products in the future. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.
